How the accelerator programme works?

Group Size

The Accelerator runs in small cohorts of no more than 8 clinicians. This ensures every participant receives meaningful attention, direct feedback, and guidance specific to their clinic build — not generic group Q&A.

Format

Each session combines structured teaching with direct application to your clinic build. Sessions are designed around outputs — decisions made, documents started, systems mapped — not hours spent listening.

Duration

The Accelerator runs over 8 weeks with scheduled weekly sessions. Between sessions, participants work on defined tasks with support available. The programme is structured to fit alongside existing clinical commitments.

Delivery

Sessions are delivered live online via video call. All participants receive session recordings and supporting materials. Engagement is active — not passive viewing.
